Refund policy

Refund Policy - DJordanMedia LLC

At DJordanMedia LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality digital products, including video editing courses, software tools, Shopify themes, and downloadable assets. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, with limited exceptions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product has not been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or activated.
  • The product was not purchased using a discount code or during a sale period.

Once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or a license key has been activated, the product is no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

License-Based Products

This applies to all Essentials extensions, software products, and Shopify themes that require a license key:

  • Once a license key has been issued, no refunds will be granted.
  • We are committed to resolving any technical issues and ensuring your product functions as intended.

Shopify Themes

This includes the Obsidian Theme and any other Shopify themes sold by DJordanMedia LLC:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are only available if the theme has not been downloaded and the license key has not been activated on a Shopify store.
  • Once the theme files have been downloaded or the license has been activated, the sale is final and no refund will be issued. All downloads are tracked and logged.
  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your theme license. If you have a billing concern, contact us directly before involving your bank.

Courses and Digital Downloads

This includes courses, presets, LUTs, templates, and other downloadable goods:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds are only available if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
  • Once accessed in any form, the purchase is non-refundable.

Creative Services

This includes photography, videography, web design, branding, and other custom service work:

  • Service deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Final deliverables are released upon full payment as outlined in individual project agreements.
